Campbell School Heating Woes

As temperatures drop there is cause for concern at Campbell School where several classrooms have insufficient heat. The Carrier company has been slack in sending the necessary parts to fix the heating unit.  Ms Kulesza's classroom received the donation of a space heater from a student's family but the temperature still hovered around 59 degrees the other day.

Although the school is doing all it can to get the unit fixed, it's cold.  You might want to pack a sweatshirt in your child's backpack - just in case.

Hey Mike,

Walk by that house all the time, but never saw the ghost.

Should get in touch with these folks, they may have some more info on the house and pics

Tyreen Reuter, my name is Michael Ayers and I live in woodbridge, va. I read that you are the owner of the Ayers Allen House. My 7th great grabdfather built that house (John Ayers). I am looking for pictures and history of this house. would you be able to help out?
h

every time i have been in campbell its way too hot

My daughter happens to be in the affected classroom AND today all was well! Turns out that (and I'm paraphrasing my 7yr old here) a heater vent doorway to the outside had been opened and not properly closed. It's now closed and locked and the building engineers have the key. She said it was HOT in the classroom today. But she likes to exaggerate a bit. :)

I don't know if the heating unit is on east side of the school, but if it is that noisy thing we hear all the time (we live next door), I am not surprised it is malfunctioning! it sometimes sounds like its on its last legs, especially late at night!

Some of the classrooms are overheated.

This is outrageous! Find a new heating service. This should be a top priority!
