From a press release by Sean Loughlin:

The Forum Theater will celebrate New Jersey's two rock n' roll icons on Saturday, October 10 as the Bruce Springsteen tribute band The E Street Shuffle and the Bon Jovi tribute Runaway take to the stage for a one-of-a-kind concert event. The E Street Shuffle, which hails from Asbury Park, is a 7-piece ensemble that offers a note-perfect rendition of Springsteen's music along with an exuberant stage show to go along with it. Runaway is an Old Bridge-based band which has been delighting audiences for years with their top-notch tribute to Bon Jovi.
"When you're doing a Springsteen tribute you've got your work cut out for you because of the man's world-renown reputation as a live performer," said E Street Shuffle singer/guitarist Sean Loughlin. "You can't just rely on the music sounding good. You've got to be able to convey that sense of excitement, camaraderie, passion, community and exhilaration that Bruce and the band have put into their shows and I think we do a great job with it. It comes naturally since we have such a deep connection with the music."
Both bands offer an extensive song repertoire that includes tracks from the various different eras and will make sure to include plenty of classics that bring audiences to their feet. Concert-goers can expect to hear hits like "Livin' on a Prayer," "Bad Medicine," "You Give Love a Bad Name" and "It's My Life" during Runaway's set and will hear Springsteen favorites like "Rosalita," "Thunder Road," "Born to Run" and "Born in the USA" during The E Street Shuffle's performance. Die-hards can also look forward to hearing some deep album cuts and rarities.

Although both bands are accustomed to performing in various types of venues from bars to festivals to casino showrooms, the opportunity to play at the classic Forum Theater is particularly appealing.

"They don't build places like The Forum anymore," said Loughlin. "This is fantastic old venue with a lot of history and great acoustics. We're really glad that they've kept the place going and we're thrilled to be able to play there."

The E Street Shuffle will be professionally filming their performance at The Forum for a future video release.
