Notice Regarding the Upcoming Storm Warning

The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning for our region. The warning is in effect from 4 pm Tuesday until midnight Wednesday. A winter storm warning means that severe winter weather and significant snow accumulations are imminent.

Please stay off the roads.
If at all possible, move your cars off the street so DPW can plow.
Clear your sidewalks as soon as possible after the storm. Dress for conditions and do not over do it.
Do NOT remove snow from your property to the public street.
Please clear nearby fire hydrants.
Check on elderly and disabled neighbors.
Prepare for power failures. Be extremely careful with candles and space heaters.
