The Metuchen Parking Authority will hold a Public Workshop to share information regarding the proposed Pearl Street mixed use development. The workshop will take place on April 17th at 7:00PM at the Metuchen Senior Center. The workshop will be hosted by Borough Planner James Constantine and will include representatives from the two potential developers, Avalon Bay Communities and Woodmont Properties, as well as representatives from the Parking Authority.The public is encouraged to attend this informative event and provide input on the various aspects of the planned development.
