'But I don't want to go among mad people,' Alice remarked. 'Oh, you can't help that,' said the Cat, 'we're all mad here. I'm mad, you're mad.' 'How do you know I'm mad?' said Alice. 'You must me,' said the Cat, 'or you wouldn't have come here.'

Set in the behomithic bedlam of Arkham Asylum and based on Grant Morrison's acclaimed graphic novel, this thrilling radio drama features Laurence Mintz as felonious funnyman the Joker, Michael Jarmus as true blue police comissioner Jim Gordon, Jane Hardy as Nurse Ruth Adams, and Carlyle Owens as the caped crimebuster himself!

The patients of Arkham have taken over the asylum, threatening to murder the staff unless the cowled crusader agrees to spend the night. Inside the monstrous madhouse, Batman wrestles with his sanity, giving his popular nickname, Bats, new meaning and weight, and facing many of his most famous foes, including the Joker. But his deadliest enemy is himself and his ever weakening grip on his own barely contained psychosis.

Adam West, Michael Keaton, Val Kilmer, George Clooney, Christian Bale? Bah! No one comes within a bat's whisker width to my man Owens. Don't miss Carlyle Owens as the Dark Dick. And if you thought Laurence Mintz was intense as Gollum in Raconteur Radio's recent production of The Hobbit, wait until he uncorks his take on everybody's favorite clownfaced killer.
