A Grand Opening and official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will take
place on Saturday, February 23,
2013, at Empire Asian
Fusion at 11:00 AM. Representatives from the Metuchen Area Chamber of Commerce will

There will be a complimentary food tasting from 11:00-12:00 PM followed immediately by lunch and dinner service until 11:00 PM. All members of the public are welcome and encouraged to attend the event as we celebrate with the business owners!
