The Metuchen Arts Council is pleased to sponsor a bus trip to the Brooklyn Museum on Wednesday, July 24th for a guided tour of the John Singer Sargent exhibition, followed by admission to the Brooklyn Botanical Garden, which is adjacent to the museum.

John Singer Sargent Watercolors exhibition unites for the first time the John Singer Sargent watercolors acquired by the Brooklyn Museum and the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.            The ninety-three pieces on display provide a once-in-a-generation opportunity to view a broad range of the artist's finest production in the medium.

The bus leaves from Metuchen High School at 400 Grove Avenue on July 24th at 9:00 a.m. and returns at 5:00 p.m. The cost is $45 per person, which includes bus transportation and admission to the museum and gardens. Lunch is available at the museum café or at the garden's Terrance Café at an additional cost.

Space on the bus is limited and reservations are required in advance by contact Nancy Goldberg at or call by calling 732-632-8502.
