The New Childrens Room Successful Unveiled -- Check it out!

On Friday June 28th, The Metuchen Public LIbrary unveiled its renovated Childrens Room to great excitement. Passports were given to the younger children when they came to tour the freshly-painted room with new bookshelves and computer equipment.

Coordinator Kelly Jaques and the Friends of the Library engaged the youngesters with balloons and mango juice on exiting the building, in order to drive home the existence of the Mango Language learning system that is now available at the library. The Friends recruited and Board Members answered questions about the upcoming changes still in production. All in all, a successful premiere of a great resource in Metuchen.
