Board of Ed Elections WILL NOT MOVE to November

The Board of Education meetings have been thick with revelations in the last month or so. Not only are 5 vaulted, long-time teachers retiring from the district this year, not only did Ed Porowski take over from Florence Carter as the principal at Campbell, but the board has determined officially that the board elections will continue to take place in April. Those who wanted the elections to take place during the regular November elections had hoped it would create a greater turnout but the board opted to maintain the April slot instead.
