Congregation Neve Shalom (250 Grove Avenue in Metuchen, NJ) will be hosting an open house for its Hebrew school on Sunday, May 4th from 10 am to 11 am.  During this time, members of the Hebrew school staff will show prospective families around the facilities and be available to answer questions about the school and its award winning programming. Thanks to the generous contribution from an anonymous donor, there will be no charge for tuition for all students in kindergarten thru second grade and membership is not required. [There is a small book fee.]

Neve Shalom's Hebrew school is a multiple time winner of the coveted Framework for Excellence Award and the Solomon Schechter Award for programming.  The program provides children with a dynamic and comprehensive Jewish education for students in kindergarten through the seventh grade. Younger students attend Hebrew school on Sunday mornings (grades 3 thru 7 attend two days) and receive a strong foundation in reading and writing Hebrew and an understanding of Jewish history and Jewish rituals, holidays, customs, and ceremoniesFor questions regarding the open house or the Hebrew school program at Congregation Neve Shalom, please contact the Educational Director, Hazzan Levin, at 732-548-2238 (Ext. 14) or Hazzan@NeveShalom.net.  Information is also available at www.NeveShalom.net
