Nails in the Wall Gallery Show Opening TODAY January 24 2-5PM

Nails in the Wall, the Metuchen art gallery sponsored by St. Luke's Episcopal Church (17 Oak Ave. in Metuchen), will begin its 2015 Season Saturday, January 24, 2-5pm, with REVELATION / REVOLUTION.  This exhibit will include work from nearly twenty artists both from around the U.S. as well as outside the country, with art that focuses on the power of God's Word.  

The exhibit, which includes painting, photography, mixed-media and free standing sculpture, runs from January 24 through May 31, 2015 

Revelation / Revolution brings together art work reflective of the three great Faiths, those referred to as the "People of the Book", Christians, Jews and Muslims, and the way each of their respective Scriptures (Revelation) call them to an interior change, a change of heart; that is, an interior "Revolution." 

Additionally, Revelation/Revolution also includes the work of:  South Orange collage artist Luis Alves; mixed-media artist Lauren Curtis, Somerset, NJ; Andrea D'Allesandro, photographer, Elizabeth, NJ; Sally Dill, mixed-media artist, NY,NY; Robert Eustace, mixed-media artist, Meadville, PA; Geraldine Fiskus, painter, Santa Fe, NM; Dwight Harris, photographer, Lambertville, NJ; Jennifer Moses, Montclair, NJ mixed-media artist; Nancy Ori, photographer, Berkeley Heights, NJ; painter Edward Ruggieri and sculptor Lisa Westheimer, both of West Orange, NJ; NJ Sculptor Susanne Davis; Michael Sweeney, sculptor, Middletown, CT; and David Teich, mixed-media, Roosevelt, NJ.
