McCullough Now Appointed to Head Chamber

The Board of Directors of the Metuchen Area Chamber of Commerce has announced the appointment of Lawrence E. McCullough, Ph.D. as the organization's new Executive Director. Previously, Dr. McCullough worked nine years at Woodbridge Township municipal government under three mayoral administrations as public information officer,

grants officer and special event coordinator.

 

Dr. McCullough holds a Ph.D. in Ethnomusicology from University of Pittsburgh and spent several years as a journalist/editor for newspapers and magazines

throughout the U.S. His organizational background includes serving as Assistant Director of the Indiana University School of Music-Indianapolis; Administrative Director, Humanities Theatre Group; Executive Director, Music Umbrella of Austin; Executive Director, Union County Performing Arts Center; Press Director, Hall Institute of Public Policy; Senior Entertainment Publicist, Englander & Kessee.
