Waist Watchers National Tour Rolls Into Metuchen's FORUM

After successful runs in Florida, Arizona, California, Missouri, and Philadelphia, Alan Jacobson's WaistWatchers The Musical! pulls into New Jersey on October 12th with its outstanding cast of four seasoned comedic performers who can't "weight" to make audiences laugh in their seats.

In the same energetic and fun spirit as the Menopause The Musical®, WaistWatchers The Musical! takes a hilarious and lighthearted look at four women dealing with food, friendship, love, life and sex!  The show will run through November 20th, at the Forum Theatre at 314 Main Street, Metuchen, NJ 08840.

Set in Cook's Women's Gym, WaistWatchers The Musical! features four women "of a certain age" dealing with assorted body image issues through active staging and two dozen songs with parody lyrics. With constant workouts, choreography, and infectious songs, WaistWatchers The Musical! tackles many of today's issues like dieting, exercise, plastic surgery, sex over the age of forty, and the relentless search for a positive self-image - with both humor and sensitivity.

Audiences will be roaring with laughter as the four women "Zumba-ize" popular songs, turning them into tunes like "Botox Queen", "I Hope I Lose It", "The World's Greatest Ice Cream"," I Went To The Buffet Line", and "Viagra."
